HERE GUYS, HAVE TWO IN ONE DAY. I got lazy yesterday since I was away for almost the entire day.

I ended up really liking how the first one came out. Shapes are all over the place and gradations need a bit a work, but I still like it. OUO Second one, gradations were better, but you can probably see that I just completely gave up on the clouds. And look at those nasty trees.

Ashley suggests ‘I Wish I had a Tardis’

Oh look, original artz. Nothing much to say; I just wanted to paint some cool stardust and nebulas again. This time around, everything just hated me. All those colors.

Meanwhile, I need a name for this. Maybe it’s summer, but my brain isn’t working properly. As much as I’d like to call it “I Wish I had a Tardis,” I can’t. So uhh yeah, please be nice to me, followers, and suggest some cool names to me. Here’s a ?

Some 4x5inch gouache paintings, made as gifts for my two sets of grandparents.

The colors on the first painting aren’t as vibrant as I would like it to have been; since I was making the color comp as I went along (whereas for the second, I followed the colors on the original photograph), I ended up muddying the colors. :C

Starstruck

I should have finished this last week, but I kept putting it off because the thought of drawing all those stars scared me a little. Turns out, it was kind of fun. xD

Watercolor, multiliners, and white gel pen on watercolor paper; reference was used for the background.

_{PS: I hope everyone’s Christmas went well. :D I ended up staying at my relatives’ for the weekend, then shopping at an outlet on Monday~}

Stuck in the Clouds

I’ve been working on this until 3AM for the past couple of nights because I’ve become so engrossed with it that I’ve lost all track of time. But hooray, it’s done! :D

Some more plein air painting around campus that we have to do for class. We up-ed our palette a little by using primary blue, primary yellow, and permanent rose.

I’m getting better at gouache! Whoo!

Dreamer

An art trade with my friend, Abril. I set up a bunch of art trades with my friends a month ago, and I just started working on them. I’m trying to finish them all before my summer break ends so look out for them. :D

I’m alive! It’s just been pretty hectic recently, since I recently graduated high school. ;D Life has been pretty great.

I’m so behind. Haven’t even started today’s drawing yet. T___T Meh. I drew this.. and it reminded me of Alice from the Lewis Carroll books (funny, I’m writing a paper on him for my AP Lit class…).

Meanwhile, I just accidentally stabbed myself with a bunch of needles from my cactus plant.
