I drew a sassy Vriska a couple weeks ago during my bio/health class thing. I don’t really like that class so I just spend half the time in there doodling. Sassy Vriska. Sooo sassy.

Hello, and welcome to my annual obligatory post about why I haven’t been updating this blog! Easiest reason: school. Lots and lots of school. Especially now that I’ve been commuting back and forth everyday.

So have some figure drawing stuff! I’ve been trying to go to sessions every week, twice a week. So hopefully, I’ll see some improvement eventually. :)

I drew Ashley at the library. While she drew me. Hogan was supposed to be here, but he couldn’t make it. Thus, his transformation into a stick figure.

Day 1: Yourself or your persona

I hate shadows. Shadows suck.

I need to learn to draw/paint faster while also not to over think myself. I would have been done with this in less than an hour if I didn’t have to go back to fixing the values of my shadows. I still think they’re a bit too light but I kept going over it and all my shapes look weird now. ;A;

I was drawing myself while looking at Photobooth; that’s why I’m looking down and look funny. :U

These were kind of fun to do, except I did them right after each other so I’m really tired now. ;A; I ended up really liking the second one; I’m quite fond of the way I drew her face and hair. :)

I’m considering opening commissions in this style; full body figures, with slight color wash. But we’ll see if I’m up to it after I go on vacation (side note: I’m leaving for Canada in a couple days, so I’ll be back in about a week afterwards! :D). Also, gotta consider if anyone would actually be INTERESTED in commissioning me, in the first place, for USD. xD

Just a couple doodles of my character, Aderyn. Her design used to be a lot simpler, but I decided she needed a revamp. Now her design is very… steampunk-esque. xD

Okay, I finally finished… and hour and a half into today. Anyway, this is an avatar that I’m using on Ernya.com (which, I pretty much never go onto except to waste any money I own on cool items, which in turn never get used), which I turned into an OC. I call her Rhea; I named her after a Greek Titaness, because I thought it fit.

I forgot to draw a lot of things and I didn’t feel like shading it. But I don’t blame myself because I redrew that pose about 4 times before I liked it. I’ll try redrawing her someday.
